Bates Communications wrote the copy and helped manage the development of a site that included online product demonstrations, customers’ success stories, press coverage along with a product inventory, online ordering and a customers-only Extranet. The company’s site not only tells visitors about the company and its products, it’s also become a key selling tool and a place where customers can order products.
